What we collect

When you purchase a report, we receive a payment confirmation and your email address from our payment provider, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details at any time.

When you upload a raw genetic data file, we process the contents to generate your report (see the DNA Service section below).

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email, and message.

DNA Analysis Service: data handling

When you use the DNA Analysis Service, you upload a raw genetic data file from a consumer provider such as AncestryDNA or 23andMe. We treat this data with particular care:

• The uploaded file is parsed in memory on our server and is never written to disk.
• The file is discarded immediately after the report is generated. The original raw file is not retained.
• Only the analysed summary (genotype values for a defined set of variants and the corresponding report content) is stored, associated with your email address and order reference.
• Your stored report is automatically deleted 30 days after purchase.
• We do not share, sell, or use your DNA data for research, marketing, or any purpose other than generating and delivering your report.

You may request earlier deletion of your stored report at any time by emailing hello@peptidesau.fyi.

How we use your data

• Purchase email addresses are used to deliver your report and provide customer support
• Contact form submissions are used to respond to your enquiry
• Analysed summaries are used solely to render your report

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate the Site and deliver our Services:

• Stripe: payment processor. Stripe handles all payment details and billing addresses.
• Supabase: database hosting for stored reports and access tokens.
• Vercel: website hosting and serverless function execution.
• Loops: transactional email delivery for receipts and access links.

We do not sell or share your personal data with anyone beyond the service providers listed above, who process data only on our behalf.

Cookies

We use essential cookies required for the Site to function, including cookies that grant you access to a paid report you have purchased. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. Stripe may set cookies during the checkout flow for fraud prevention and tax determination.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data (including any stored DNA report) by emailing hello@peptidesau.fyi. We will respond within 30 days.
