Refund Policy

Overview

Your DNA Stack sells a digital product: a personalised genetic report. Because the report is delivered instantly once generated and cannot be “returned”, we apply the policy below. Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent consumer protection laws in your country.

DNA Analysis Report

A DNA Analysis Report is considered “delivered” at the moment the report is successfully generated from your uploaded data and the access link is emailed to you.

Before the report is generated

If you have paid but have not yet uploaded your data or generated the report, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing hello@peptidesau.fyi with your order reference.

After the report is generated

Once the report has been generated and the access link delivered, we are generally unable to offer a refund, because the digital product has been supplied in full. Exceptions apply for:

  • Technical failures. If the report failed to generate, the access link did not work, or the report was materially incomplete due to a fault on our side, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will either resolve the issue or issue a full refund.
  • Duplicate charges. If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same order, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
  • Unauthorised charges. If you believe a charge was made without your authorisation, contact us immediately.

How to request a refund

Email hello@peptidesau.fyi from the email address you used to purchase, and include:

  • Your order reference (from your receipt)
  • The reason for your request
  • A brief description of any technical issue (if applicable)

We review refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.

Chargebacks

If you have a concern, please contact us first. Most issues can be resolved quickly by email and far faster than a chargeback process.
